You can buy the plastic at any plastics supplier, you have to router it or use a table saw to get the grove . I forget off hand what it was , I think HDPE , Bill would know or just take one in and they will match it . As for aluminum well Andanzas did that - do a search and he may have a guy .

time and sun have cracked the companionway hatch rails. I recently drilled them through with installation of a screw and bolt to get a more solid "fix" but their days are numbered , I'm afraid. I thought of using aluminum bars but machining would be pricey. Any ideas?
